Not Just Fluff

After getting sidetracked several times (I admit it, I have project ADD) I have finally finished the pearl haze scarf. I wrapped it around my neck during the knitting process to check fit and I must admit, although mohair is extremely thin and visually non substantial, it is incredibly warm. Add the softness and the cushiness and you have a scarf you want to wear EVERY DAY in the winter, especially here in Holland, where we are about to embark on cold weather for the next 3-4 months. I hope my sister, who is going to be the recipient, really enjoys it. A big thanks to Skacel, who provided the free pattern and Lizzie Ann's Wool, whose sample hanging next to the kid silk haze, inspired me.
